About the Book
A Witch. A Wolf. And defective magic.
Samantha Willow is a defective witch. Her magical powers are useless, and her coven has turned its back on her. Her comfortable and serene lifestyle is short-lived when a new neighbor moves in next door. Romance was not on the agenda. To add to her problems, one of her customers ends up dead, and the police want answers.
Dex Lycophron, wolf, and immortal warrior has had enough of fighting for humanity. He wants to put his feet up and relax, but when he gets a whiff of his delectable witchy neighbor, he knows he’s not going to rest until he claims her as his mate. But to do that he must return to the world and connections he left behind.
Will the Witch admit that they belong together?
Magic, murder, and mating instincts? Things are about to get wild.

Reviews
“Good magic vs evil magic is at the center of this book that I wish I had read sooner because I loved it so much and will scramble to find more of in the future. Highly Recommended 5/5.” ~ Andrea Stoeckrel
“Meet Sam, a witch who’s always had problems with her magic. Ignored and pushed away by the coven because of this, Sam has carved out a life for herself where she doesn’t need to use her magic. Her life gets disrupted when Dex moves in next door. He’s a wolf, an immortal warrior who’s basically had enough of protecting humanity and so hangs up his hat and decides to retire until a body drops on his next door neighbour’s doorstep. The neighbour who turns out Dex wants to claim as his mate!! It’s a great read, filled with mystery, suspense, magic, secrets, romance and twists and turns as well as some intriguing and interesting characters and I look forward to reading more.” ~ Debbie Eyre
“If you want an easy quick werewolf and witch romance to make you feel warm, fuzzy, and spicy I totally recommend giving this one a go.” ~ The Lady Raven
One Wolf Next Door
The idea for this series was born out of wanting to write something a little crazy maybe kooky in a way that was similar to Aunt Clara from the sitcom series Bewitched. At the time it also made perfect sense to have it as a spinoff from the Phi Athanatoi world. There is no need to read the first series to read these books. They are quick fun and light hearted beach reads. Hope to put a little smile on your face.
